Interní seminář - Stereoselective Synthesis of Benzimidazolines

29. 11. 2011 se v rámci projektu KombiChem konal interní seminář na téma Stereoselective Synthesis of Benzimidazolines. Na semináři prezentovala výsledky své vědecké práce Mgr. Naděžda Cankařová, Ph.D.

Anotace: Benzimidazolines can act as good reducing agents; therefore they are often called organic hydrides. We have developed a novel synthetic route leading to benzimidazolines by using solid phase. We have confirmed that the configuration on an amino acid ((S)-configuration) bounded to the solid support induced the configuration on a formed stereogenic center ((S)-configuration). Noteworthy, the stereoselective synthesis of benzimidazoline derivatives is unique especially in solid phase arrangement.
